I would like to introduce my self, My name is Dr. Lotfy H. Rabie Saker, a professor of Mechanical Engineering, at Mansoura University. I have a registered consultancy office �The International Office for Scientific and Academic Consultation� in Egypt. I am representing a group of investors willing to invest in Cement, and Marble industry. They have allocated the sum of 50-100 US$ to build a cement factory in southern Sinai in Egypt.

As your company is specialized in providing complete set of cement machinery and equipment, and you have great comprehensive ability to provide best quality services on turn-key basis with technology design, civil construction, complete plant, erection and trial test, commissioning for rotary kiln cement factories, are you ready to cooperate with us in this project, and what is your offer. What will be the capacity of the factory in terms of ton/day and the expected cost that you can offer?
