FO means free offloaded, that means, the liner vessel should be equipped with grabes which can offload the material on liner out basis. This is the general condition.

We need clinker OPC grade ( 42.5) to mix with pozzolana to make the ordinary portland cement. Quantity 30000MT x 12 sizable contracts.
