Dear Sir/madam
Good day we are looking for a machine that does produce foam weather strip tapes. The requested tasks of the machine comprise:

Coating with Solvent based Acrylic Adhesive the rubber/sponge tape on one side and later stick the Silicone Release Paper Liner layer on it automatically. Finally, rewind the outcoming as a Roll and make it ready for Slitting and Cutting.


The Tape, shown in the snap is Foam Tape, and the application of the tape is called 'Gazelling'. The Construction and Tech. specs of the said tape is :

Product: ***** Foam Tape

Raw Material : 1. ***** Foam - Spe. Density 75 Kg
2. Solvent based Acrylic Adhesive - 75 / 80 GSM (Dry)
3. Silicone Release Paper Liner -125 GSM


The outcome of the machine production should be 100% ready to be packed and sold to the market; in other words, to the end user.
