Mepan panel was founded at 2005 and established its production line on 15.000 m2 covered and 28.000 m2 open area in the KONYA city 3rd Organized Industrial Zone in TURKEY.
Mepan panel is producing steel and aluminium Post Panel,Siding Panel,Sinus Panel with the polyurethane (PUR) and Polyisocyanurathe(PIR) for Roof and Wall covering applications.
Our annual production range is 4.500.000m2 for three shifts with non-stop continuous production line.
Wall panels: Metal (Classic) panel, Hidden secrew panel, Siding panel, Sinus panel.
Roof Panels: 5 trapezeoids panel, 3 trapezeoids panel.

Mepan Panel is buying rawmaterial as coil form, stucco and plain aluminium, painted galvanized steel(skinpassed),Membrane or craft paper from local market and import out of Turkey.

Coil sizes: Thickness: 0,25mm to 0,70mm. Width: 1050mm, 1120mm and 1200mm. Weight: Max 9 tons. Inner diameter: 505mm.
Colour: Ral 9002, 9006 etc.
Quality: Steel: EN10142 and code nr: DX51D+Z
Aluminium: Alloy AA 1050,3003,3105, Temper: H16, H26
