RFQ Details

Seeking: Complete set-up for 10 hookahs.

Request: Options and quotes.

Objective: Incorporate hookah into night lounge.

Shipping to: Brooklyn, NY

Date: need by April 1, 2013, sooner is highly preferable

Details:

- 10 Hookahs, ideally: 30-35 inches, wide durable base with low center of gravity, large chamber, 2-4 hose convertible adapters, wide charcoal tray. I prefer stems that screw into the base, for extra strength in case someone lifts the hookah by the stem. Willing to consider a matching set or a mix of unique ones. Possibly 2-3 superior "vip" hookahs.

- 15 orders of 500mg high-quality shisha tobacco, 15 flavors

- 15 Long handle hoses, washable

- 10 Protective wind covers, traditional wind covers could work but I also do like the flip & lock covers for added security. Open to different options.

- 500 Charcoal screens, ready-to-use foil strips or stainless steel

- Natural charcoal, no additives or self-lighting chemical, enough for 500 rounds

- 4 Charcoal holders and 15 tongs

- Also, I'm looking for a gas/grill top solution for lighting and storing hot charcoals during business hours for quick and safe access.
