GCI Exports P Ltd. (GCI) is an ISO-9002 company awarded by Underwriters Laboratory, located in Bangalore, India. It is a manufacturing wing of GCI Pipe Products, Inc. USA. The company was incorporated in the year 1995. Since then it is dedicated to manufacturing products for its parent company and support in all the expansion plans.

Currently we are carrying the following activities: -

(a) GCI;Pallet & Headers division; designs and manufactures moulding dies (Base Rings) called Pallets & Headers; used to form the two ends of the concrete Pipe. The pipes are used for Sanitary Sewers and Storm drains. These dies are made from cast iron, Ductile Iron, Steel and Aluminium. These dies are manufactured in different sizes and joint designs to suit the customer requirements. These products have been exported to USA, Canada, Germany, Austria, Holland, Mexico, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

(b) GCI Form equipment division; involved in heavy fabrication of form equipments, used to manufacture Concrete Box Culverts. These Box Culvert Steel forms varies in size and are modular in construction by 1 foot increments.

This division is also in the process of developing products from concept to prove-out stage as per customer requirements.

GCIE has a state-of-art manufacturing plant, equipped with 2 & 4 axes CNC machines, captive Pattern shop, Heavy Fabrication shop, Quality foundries tie-up, CAD tools for design and CAM operations.
