ATTENTION:



My name is Mr. Simone Gibson, I am the CEO and Managing Director of Simone Gibson Interlink Ltda , which is located at No;94 President Street, Mercantile Building, Johannesburg . I am an accredited commission agent with the Department Of Home Affairs.



I wish to inform you that the Department of Home Affairs, in South Africa, has received funds from the International Development Association (IDA) and Agency Francoise De Development(AFD) towards the cost of Community Based Rural Development Projects (CBRDP) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of the following items:




1. POLO *****(2000, 000 Pieces)
2. *****(40, 000 MT)
3. SUBMERSIBLE WATER *****(7, 500 Units)
4. SOLAR STREET *****(800 Sets)
5. *****(50, 000 MT)
6. WHEEL *****(300 Pieces)



This Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement board of the republic of South Africa.



Please contact me if you are interested to bid for any of the listed items and I will tell you the modalities to participate in the bid. I have strong relationship with some of the Contract Awarding Committee Members in the Ministry and if your interested, my contacts in the Ministry will help us to win the contract. You will give me 3% commission upon your receipt of payment from the Government for helping you wins the contract.



The contract payment terms is 70% upfront payment through bank T/T payable before production and supplying, and balance 30% by L/C at sight while the delivery period is negotiable with the Ministry.
