Dear sir / Madam, We are currently setting up our company in The Netherlands to sell towels made from bamboo. We sorted out some important things. Now we are looking for a reliable manufacturer who can meet our needs regarding the production of our towels and to start a cooperation with. Before we start, it's important to receive some information from you: What percentage of bamboo do your towels consist of? Our preference is for at least 70% bamboo and 30% cotton. Is this possible for you? Is own label possible? If so, are there additional costs then? In which weights can you make the towels? For example: 6000/m2 What is your delivery term? Can we choose any design and color ourselves? For your information, our design is very simple and sleek and comes in 7 different colors Do you already deliver to the Netherlands? Your prices of course Below are the numbers we would like to purchase to start with. This way we can both get to know each other, our state of affairs and your state of affairs and we have a realistic number of towels to make a healthy start. Especially in this time we have to be a bit careful. This number will of course increase, that is our aim. Product Size Quantity Washcloth 16x22 150 Guest towel 30x50 250 Towel 50x100 450 Bath towel 70x140 350 Total amount 1200 To first check your product well, we would like to receive some samples. This way we can see and feel the quality and colors in real life. I hope you are willing to send these to us. We have 4 different sizes in mind and 7 different colors. I propose to send us 7 samples for the colors and to divide them over all 5 sizes, you can send 2 sizes in 2 colors so that we can check all 7 colors. This is the easiest way for the both of us.
