RFQ Details

Trial order of 3000 tons
1. The seller provides:
Business registration license.
Export license
Test report.
Video with buyer company name and date
2. The buyer provides a bank issued proof of funds.
3. The seller invites the buyer for a visit to the seller's warehouse.
4. After verifying the title documents, the buyer pays 10 % of the purchase price.
5. The buyer supervises the unloading and transportation, and the buyer delivers the goods to the seller's designated Bonded warehouses in Zambia or Tanzania.
6. After the buyer passes the examination, the remaining 9 0% of the payment shall be made.
7. The seller transfers ownership to buyer and provides all title documentation.

Annual order
Non-transferable, indivisible, and irrevocable DLC.
Port of destination: Shanghai, China (subject to the contract)
