Buyer�s requirement:
CIS, Supplier owner�s basic info including but not limited to owner�s passport copy, certificate of incorporation, company proof of capital, company banking documents, banking official�s name card, products documents and etc. Legal export record, LME registration certificate.
Non-LME is acceptable.

All the required documents from seller should be provided completely and listed in the contract. Otherwise, buyer could refuse ICPO. If complied, buyer issue ICPO attaching BCL&POF

After signing SPA, seller issues video with buyer�s company name and shooting date, then issue MT799
