LLC represented by authorized signature, Michael Mitchell, acting on irrevocable corporate purchase agreement hereby confirm that we are ready and represent that is is our intention, willing and have the ability to purchase the following commodity as per the specifications, quantity, and price as in the terms under the conditions as stated below:

My company Triune Development Company LLC has an active LOI for Copper Ore from one of our buyers. We will need to purchase copper ore as per the following specifications:

1. Commodity: Copper Ore
2. Specs: Cu>15%, As<0.5, Cd<0.05, Hg<0.01, & F, 0.1
3. Quantity & Package: 500-1000 MT/Mth in 1MT Big Bags
4. Destination: CHINA
5. Destination Port: Lianyungang Port, CHINA
6. Terms of Pymt: 100% Non-Transferable L/C at sight
7. Target Price: According to Cu content and impurities
8. Quantity of Shipment: 100 MT Min at least per shipment
9. Inspection: CCIC
