Crushed or Powdered Raw Coconut Shell

I would like to buy crushed or powdered coconut shell to be used for alternative fuel. I need minimum 100 MT per month of coconut shell. I prepare Quezon or Laguna supplier for effective costing.Aside from buying, I would like also to venture in manufacturing or crushing of coconut shell. I would like to ask manufacturer of crushing, grinding or milling machine so that I can buy raw coconut shell.Aside from coconut shell, I'm looking also for alternative fuel with higher heating value.
