Hi,

Please see the sample sketch attached.

Could you let me know how much it would cost to manufacture 10 rectangular blades of length 20mm and height 40mm, and another 10 rectangular blades of length 15mm and height 40mm?

As for the thickness/width, what is the thinnest (in mm) that you can make? I hope that it would not be too breakable (the blades will not be attached to any device or machine, but will be used by hand to cut into pig's skin). I think that high carbon steel is an appropriate material in this case.

The two vertical edges, as well as the bottom edge (the cutting edge), are slightly bevelled (to 1mm) so that the blade can function as a more effective knife.

The horizontal red lines are ruler markings to be printed on the final blade in black or dark-coloured ink (not red ink). Do not emboss or engrave these ruler markings and numbers; only print them.

The numbers represent the distance, in millimeters, from the bottom of the blade. The 0mm point on the ruler begins at the very bottom of the blade (where the cutting edge is), so there is no “offset".
