RFQ Details

Custom plastic case for retail required - internal dimensions to fit A5 sized paper and 3.5 cm deep.

In all appearances from the outside it is to be an oversized dvd case and to open just like a dvd case and to have the plastic 'flap' of a dvd case so that a paper insert can be put into place - just like for a dvd case. This 'flap' to be approx. 1.7mm in from the edge and designed so that a whole piece of A4 can be inserted.

Box to open just like a dvd case but 1cm down from the top.

Inside, when opened, the right side of the box to have 2 hollowed out areas - ***** where a dvd in a dvd case would go - both identical in size - 13.8x9.3x2.5cm. Inside of the left of the box to have the 2 'clips' that dvd cases have to hold a booklet.

Materials to be plastic - identical to a dvd case.

In effect an oversized dvd case with a slightly different inside.

Looking for a minimum first run of 2, 500 units.
