Buyer Information

RFQ Details

Dear sir,
I looking for D2 1, 000, 0000 mt per month.
JP 54 10M bbl per month.
I need only swiss procedure
Buyer issues ICPO to the Seller with permission for softprobe (if required)

1. Seller issues FCO (or Sale-Purchase Contract)

2. Buyer signs and returns FCO/SPC with acceptance

3. Seller issues Contract with full Seller's details (Address & Banking) to the Buyer

4. Buyer and Seller each counter-sign Sale-Purchase Contract

5. Seller sends copies of Tank Receipt and SGS Certificate (as the partial POP documents) with Deep Test Permission.

6. Buyer and Seller communicate the final working of payment method

7. Upon the verification and authentication of above named docs, Buyer will issue MT103/23

8. Upon the Assignment/Transfer of the Title to the Buyer's name, payment will be released.

9. The SGS inspection Charges will be borne by the Seller at loading seaport

CONTRACT's PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO to the Seller

2. Seller issues FCO (or Sale-Purchase Contract)

3. Buyer signs and returns FCO with acceptance

4. Seller issues Contract with full Seller's details (Address & Banking) to the Buyer

5. Buyer and Seller each counter-sign Sale-Purchase Contract

6 Seller sends POP to Buyer

7. Seller issues Non-Operative 2% Performance Bond (PB) to Buyer

8. Buyer issues Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C), which activates Sellers PB

9. Delivery commence
