Buyer Information

RFQ Details

Our buying group is interested in buying spot D-2 deals .

Quantity can be from 100K -500K Mt .

D-2 must be in tanks and can be verified .

Below are procedures we would like to see, ( can be some modifications)
1) Soft offer
2) ICPO
3) Draft Contract from Seller
4) Buyer/seller agree and sign contract
5) Soft POP (tank receipts )
6) Upon verification of soft POP, buyer issues conditional Mt 103/23
7) Seller presents full POP and ownership Title to buyers bank
8) Upon receiving ownership title and pertaining documents , buyer's bank pays 100% by swift wire MT103
9) Lifting commences
10) payment is by Mt103 against Tank receipts reflecting quantity instorage.
