DICED TOMATOES 13X13X13MM 1. General Descriptions: Extruded (crushed) tomato in concentrated Hot Break or Cold Break tomato juice with the addition of citric acid as pH regulator. 2. Physico-Chemical Standards: pH - 4.10 4.45 Total Soluble Solids - 7.0 9.0 °*@********************Acidity - max. 9.0 % (as citric acid monohydrate) Colour - > 1.90 (as a/b ratio, in Colormeter) 3. Microbiological Standards: Total Plate Count (TPC) - < 100 cfu/g Total Yeast & Mould - < 10 cfu/g Lactobacillus - < 10 cfu/g Pathogenic Count - Negative (E.Coli, Salmonella) 4. Storage Conditions: Stored at recommended temperature of < 28°C. 5. Shelf Life: Two years from date of manufacturing. Opened Aseptic bags must be used within 24 hrs or if refrigerated within 03 days & discarded afterwards.
