Sourcing Request: Modular Detachable Nail Design

Project Overview:
We are looking for manufacturers to create a modular nail system that lets users easily customize nail length and design. The product must focus on style versatility, durability, and user convenience.

Product Specifications:
The system includes a semi-permanent base nail attached with a non-damaging adhesive or gel, made from lightweight, hypoallergenic, and durable materials. Detachable top pieces, available in various shapes, lengths, and designs, will snap securely onto the base. These pieces should be lightweight yet durable to avoid strain and come in customizable options such as solid colors, patterns, and rhinestones.

The attachment mechanism must ensure a secure fit (e.g., snap-on or magnetic) and withstand daily activities. Top pieces should be interchangeable for easy style changes, with initial designs offering variety packs. All materials must be safe for prolonged skin contact and provide a comfortable fit without pressure on the nail bed.

Manufacturer Requirements:
We seek experienced manufacturers in nail product design, particularly reusable systems, capable of producing high-quality, safe materials and scaling from prototype to mass production.
