RFQ Details

I am currently looking for 200, 000 cts uncut rough diamond. Various sizes colour and ***** Rough Diamonds, we have a selection of buyers currently looking to purchase, most are large buyers for major institutions in Europe and the US.

Quantity - Parcels of various sizes from a minimum of 10, 000 Carats up to around 200, 000 Carats and above, on either Spot or monthly contracted deliveries.

Purity - As a guide the stones should be make-able and saw-able with colour ranges D, E, F, G and H, with clarity of IF VS1 VVS1/11.

Karats - Individual stone sizes ranging from 3 to 4 Carats up to 40+ Carats

The buyers are located in Geneva, Zurich, Brussels, Antwerp, Tel Aviv, New York and London, so ideally we would require the stones to be sent Via Brinks (or similar) to these destinations. Geneva and Zurich free trade zones are the most likely destinations.

To introduce the Diamonds to my buyers I would like a full Manifest, a target price for the product, evidence that the stones are both available and deliverable. Also essential paper work such as SKR (safe keeping receipt) KPC's Kimberly Certificates, Certificates of Ownership or other official documentation from the Authorities within the country of origin are very useful.

Certainly one or more of the above is essential for us to provide the necessary comfort and confidence for the buyers to come forward or commit to purchase. My buyers have no issues with providing proof of funds, but prefer to do this Bank to Bank, this can be done simultaneously with "proof of product".

All standard export and legal documentation would of course need to to be presented, along with the Diamonds listed in the manifest, at a table top meeting between the buyer and seller (or sellers representative) prior to payment and transfer of ownership.
