Financial Instruments and Payment:

1.BECAUSE OF PASS EXPERIENCES, THE BUYER NEVER PROVIDE ANY up front MONEY FOR ANYTHING.

***** BUYER WILL NOT TRAVEL TO SELLER HOME COUNTRY UNTIL AFTER WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE DEAL AND ESTABLISHED A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP.

Procedures 1:

1. SELLER provides complete copies of Manifest, Kimberley Copies and Export Permit to buyer, if applicable. (The buyer can always start with a small parcel up to 2000-3000 carats, but nothing smaller than 500.

2. BUYER provides proof of funds (POF) after verifying KPC and Export Permit.

3. SELLER will organize Brinks, or any respectable security company for INSIDE viewing and inspection by buyer and gemologist. Seller provide buyer with password to inspect stones, if seller is not present at viewing. A copy of the shipping documents must be presented to buyer.

4. Shipping Address:

5. If Buyer accepts purchase and viewing is to satisfaction and according to manifest, the lot will be packaged and sealed in presence of Buyer, Gemologist, and Security.

6. Buyer will provide payment to SELLER bank account or to Brinks as instructed by SELLER. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment by Seller, only then is parcel released to Buyer immediately.
