a) SOFT OFFER Sanitized/FCO Sanitized

b) NCND/IMFPA complete with all information intermediates (only buyer side)

Note1: Buyer only wants to know if the offer is real and valid for the purchase.
Note2: The Buyer doesn't want and doesn't need to know the name of the Seller or Seller Mandate before having signed the protections of the intermediate.
