RFQ Details

We are looking for the following butterfly valves

Double Eccentric, face to face ISO 5752 serie 14, Rubber lined, Double flanged

Body, disk and flanges: Ductile iron EN 1563, EN-GJS-400-15, EN-GJS-500-7
Disk seal: Steel reinforced EPDM seal
Retaining ring: Stainless steel 1.4571
Shaft: Stainless steel 1.4122 to DIN 17440 hard rubber lined
Shaft bearing: Mod. Polyacetal
Internal coating: Hard rubber lining, 3mm + 0.3 mm
External coating: Approved fusion bonded epoxy powder coating to min. DFT of 300 microns or two coat system of 2 pack high build solids epoxy coating of min DFT 300 microns.
Bearing cover: Carbon steel protected by hard rubber lining.
Nuts, bolts & washers: High tensile steel, hot dipped galvanised to BS 729
Screws: Stainless steel A4.
