RFQ Details

I am sending a procedure from a real private seller can produce, supply, and deliver quantities of the commodities D2, EN 590, JP 54, Jet A-1, Gasoline Octane 92 / 95/ Extra and Mazut 100-99 and Crude Oil.
Do know that I had few meeting with the seller directly and I have seen the POP(Prove of Product).
I had spoken to the seller and told me that the buyer need to send first on his letterhead his confirmation of the attached procedure and the payment terms and conditions as well for the text the SBLC provided by the seller and his LOI for the product he wishes to purchase.
The seller is in London, you and the buyer can meet him directly when you can accept his terms and condition by writing which is applied to all his products
