GCA Consultant was found in 2007 at Malaysia to operate an agent business hiring Malaysian, professional or management staff for any others country employers.

We are the direct hunting company, for the process, we more easy to hunting suitable candidates for employers and more efficient. We've accumulated practical experiences for several years.

However, due to some deficiencies, such as uneven quality in the foreign manpower market, hardly finding better foreign labors and insufficient training of foreign labors, these deficiencies generate disputes and some matters amount employers, labors and agents. Therefore, we determines to integrate from bottom up and expects to achieve 'triple wins' amount employers, labors and agents under a current market structure.

GCA has paid efforts for years in global labor market and target to become an professional labors consultancy company to export more malaysian who will skill and willing to work abroad. Additionally, we not only have overseas offices and resident staffs to plow locals deeply, but also sign long-term contracts with relative organizations and agents.

Due to systemic and expert management processes, over all operations processes are integrated, such as hiring, selection, interview, supply and after services. Under processes, the quality of labor is controlled as well as reducing disputes between agents and employers.
