Buyer Information

RFQ Details

In an effort to be clear, please accept the following executive summary of our interests and protocols.

I look forward to a successful relationship.


Interests:
1) Gold held in European Banks, not warehouses. UBS or Deutsche is instantly of priority.
2) Private Access to seller/mandate for confidential transfer of buyer info, for FCO
3) FCO with full seller transparency. SKR preferred at FCO.
4) At countersigned FCO, direct access for BO to BO confirmation of Gold ownership and availability and Buyer Capacity.
5) 8/5 or better, initial offers of 2000MT or Smaller, with R/E to any size upon principal agreement.

Procedures:
1) Seller brings forward an FCO transparent to Seller Individual and Corporate Identity, directly to Buyer's Agent.
2) Buyer countersigns FCO making Buyer personally and corporately transparent to Seller.
3) Countersigned FCO is delivered directly to Seller, or seller's Mandate/equivalent.
4) Buyer's BO and Seller's BO confirm POP and POF, thereby empowering transaction.
5) IMFPA, SPA, and all other documents are executed.
6) Deal transacts bank to bank.

Anything that exists outside of these parameters is of diminished interest. Location and quick verification of ownership and origin is everything.

Lastly - for any other participating brokers: our side of a 1.5% MFPA is always set up the same. .5% goes to mandate. Remaining 1% is split between 3 parties, A, B, C. A is everyone upstream of me, B is Us, C is you and anyone you wish to include. It is a lot of money no matter how you slice it. Unless expressly agreed at time of SCO, please confirm this to be your understanding with other parties, on all potential offers. Ideally, the only other parties we are communicating with are on the sell side anyway.
