FSA wet-applied polymer composite self-adhesive rubber waterproofing membrane is from the polymer sheet, peristaltic-type self-adhesive rubber, composite membrane isolation from, and in accordance with FSA polymer engineering required to single-sided self-adhesive rubber membrane and the FSA polymer double-sided self-adhesive rubber membrane, one of, FSA polymer single-sided self-adhesive rubber waterproofing membrane can be in the polymer composite fabric sheet on strengthening.
The membrane sets the polymer membrane waterproofing membrane and the advantages of self-adhesive rubber waterproofing membrane in one of its unique multi-layered composite structure, which greatly raised the waterproof layer of anti-puncture-proof, self-healing, resistant to high and low temperature, such as performance, physical properties superior, more stable chemical properties.
Specifications: 1.2mm thick, 1.5mm thick, 2mm thick, 3mm thick, broad*1000mm, production of other dimensions of the waterproofing membrane can be determined in consultation between supply and demand sides.

Easy to handle and apply.
Cold applied--- no torch required, eliminates fire hazard.
Flexible--- accommodates minor settlement and shrinkage movement.
Self-sealing--- full continuity at overlaps, rubber/bitumen formulation allows self-healing of small punctures.
Dual release liner--- keeps the surface of the membrane from contamination.
Can be Wet-applied or dry-applied--- originally adhered to watered or green concrete substrate with cement grout in place of primers, so it is quick and convenient to install and safe for site workers, occupants and the environment.

Applied to the roofing industry and civil construction, basements, bridges, tunnels, reservoirs, canals, ponds, grain depots, dams, civil air defense projects, military installations, such as waterproof, impermeable, moisture-proof engineering.
Wet-application procedure:
The wet-application is different from traditional dry-application, it is very unique, which features the use of cement in place of primer; the method enables the installation to be continued on wet or even rainy days. Thus the time can be shortened drastically and less requirements on substrates can help cutting down the relevant costs.
Installation Steps:
1. Clean substrate ensuring it is reasonably smooth and free from sharp protrusions, hollows, dust and dirt.
Spray some water to wet substrate, but should remove the pool-collected water
2. Plaster cement grout within the scope where membrane will be installed.(Plaster cement mortar in a largearea at one time is not recommended, its better to plaster cement mortar while the membrane is being installed).
The thickness of cement mortar shall be determined according to the smoothness of substrates, which is about 3-5mm in general.
3. Pull off release paper and adhere membranes onto the fresh cement mortar.
4. Join side laps (overlap) by adhering membranes with each other (minimum width of overlap area is 60mm)
NOTE: When membranes installation are completed, do not move or walk on them, the strongest and overall adhesion can be realized after about 48 hours (When the cement mortar become cured, the exact curing time depends on climate)
5. Press membranes tightly to make sure the trapped air is excluded
Details treatment including inner/outer corners, pipes, chimneys and others should be done as per appropriate requirements.
