RFQ Details

We manufacture a disposable medical eye examining device that is all one piece plastic disposable construction with one surface fashioned into a good quality First Surface Mirror using a quality injection molded reflective mirror smooth finish as a foil that can be laid down as an optical flat of good quality to image pathology under the upper eyelid without distortion.

The device needs a highly reflective metal foil with excellent function as a First Surface Reflective Material that is not coated to avoid double image from multiple refractive surfaces.

The foil would be robotically applied very rapidly to a mirror smooth injection molded plastic surface so that our eye instrument could provide low distorted visualization to be imaged as only a First Surface Mirror would provide.
