(1) Item name: Food Grain Silo system-1 Unit Capacity: 1, 00,000 ton Type or Material of Silo system: (a) Steel (b) RCC *Please provide us 2 proposal considering Silo material as Steel for one and RCC for another. For Steel type you have to provide all steel sheet required for Silo system. But for RCC type, cement, rod and stone these are available locally. So, you need to provide the rest thing for Silo system. The facilities required with Silo system are as follows:(1) Loading conveyor including Hopper(2) Silo system (3) Automatic weighing system for 50 kg bag.(4) Packing M/C for bag sealing.(5) Conveying & truck loading system for the delivery of 50 kg sealed bag to the truck.(6) If any other things required.* Conveyor must be suitable for all weather condition. It means the conveyor must have the casing system. Also the conveyor system must have the facility to collect if any food grain fell from the conveyor.
