RFQ Details

The production capacity is 700kg(MVC-1500), 250kg(MVC-500) per process, and the capacity of the
evaporator is 1500kg(MVC-1500) and 500kg(MVC-500). It has a dual jacket structure and has steam
as the source of heat, and the Inside bottom head plate is a semi-spherical shape for homogeneous
mixing and prevention of dead-angled portion while scraping.
The mixing equipment to which the Teflon scraper is attached is installed 30 degrees inclined with
respect to the center of the evaporator, and the speed may be varied by using the frequency
conversion equipment (Inverter).
