Remote monitored, vandal proof, cctv monitored, car park vending machine to be installed by the road side and to be used for free entrance car parking.it shall be equiped with all payment methods, like ATM cards, prepaid cards, rfid cards, coins, and paper currency.it shall be able to communicate with bank and central opearation room by any media possible, PSTN phone line, gprs, wifi, adsl etc.it should contain two camera's one is embedded, to capture user face, and the other camera to capture all parked cars license plate numbers.more over the camera can report status of un paid parking, and to to initiate parking fines.the central station can have the following reports: - online vandalism and attemption to steel.- parking statistical information on parking utilization.- cash status.- collection status and report.- health status of field items.- communication status of field items- battery and power status.it should also be solar powered.
