WORKING PROCEDURE:

1). Seller submits offer with draft contract open for amendment,

2). Buyer review/adjust (if needed) and return to the seller,

3). Buyer's representatives team travel to meet the seller, inspect the product and confirm accordingly,

4). Seller and buyer sign the final hard copy of contract, register, endorse and legalize the contract with the relevant authorities,

5). Seller's bank issues 2% performance bond to the buyer's bank,

6). Buyer's bank issues SBLC to the seller's bank,

7). Seller starts loading, upon completion the shipment to be 100% fully loaded and inspected by SGS or equivalent, seller provides the full set of required documents (copies) to the buyerâs bank via his bank, to verify the navigation of the vessel.

8). Buyerâs bank releases the full amount of SBLC to the sellerâs bank in exchange of the full set of documents (original) - bank to bank transaction
