Blasting Abrasive

We manufacture a wide range of blasting abrasive grades which are available in various grades such as :
Grade 12/24
Grade 20/40
Grade 30/60
These blasting abrasives are used for sand blasting and are also applied in offshore rigs, general marine, structural steel, oil storage vessels, rail-car containers(mild steel and stainless steel), high chrome/nickel steels in sites requiring low dusting limits, jobs requiring consistent profile to specification, pipes, etc.

This blasting abrasive that we offer is a combination of tough minerals structure and settles down rapidly which results in lower levels of dusting during abrasive blasting. Thus the blasting grades create a safe working environment thus ensuring fewer disruptions to neighboring areas.

As the abrasive is recyclable and heavier by volume than the conventional slag, it is preferred by a number of users these days. Possessing smaller grade particles this abrasive blast results in more surface impacts per *****, ***** area thus consumes a low operation time. Water Jet Cutter

This garner being harder has a faster cutting rate and uses the material processed through cross flow separators and through spiral concentrators that are free of dust and silt. Making use of latest technology, we produce of correct grain size grades for trouble free performance without checking and clogging of the nozzles.

Approved for their excellent quality our water jet cutters are prcised in size and are highly pure. We make use of three-stage screening system with fully enclosed final screening ensures free flow product with no oversize particle.
