My requirements for this cards have been slightly modified and you are requested to submit your fresh quote as under

1. Gsm cards confirming ISO
2. PVC/ABS blend, 2 layer cards
3. Cards dimension X (85.72 - 85.47)
" Y (54.03 -53.92)
4. Card thickness [0.780 - 0.840]
5. Corner radius 3.18mm +/- 0.30mm
6. Cards edges -Burrs not exceeding 0.08mm
7. Peel Strength 0.35N/MM.
8. Over all card War page on flat surface height not above 1.55MM.
9. Card should withstand Standard ISO Confirmation with respect to colour of Core,Printing density and Inks Quality & Printing method. Cards adhesion or blocking,Exposure to light during usage, bending stiffness.Drooping under condition, Personalisation ability using laser or Thermal Printing.

OPTION
a] The approx. requirement would be 1 Million Cards every month, without printing.
b] The approx. requirement using Various artworks would be 1 Million Cards every month, with full color printing
