Gabexate Mesylate--A non-peptide protease inhibitor. Gabexate Mesylate is used for inhibition of actives of protease as trypsin, kallikrein, fibrinolysin or ghrombin, thus block pathophysiologic damages resulted from these enzymes. The present API is clinically used in therapy for Acute Mild/Edema pancreatitis or adjunctive therapy for Acute Hemorrhagic-Necrotizing Pancreatitis. Gabexated Mesylate produced in CREDIT CHEMWERTH, with an assay content of NLT 99%, is successfully inspected by SFDA for GMP compliance.
