RE: Guarantee of Payment from Refinery for Gold
Here are the process and procedures of the refinery near Spain. Please let me know if they are acceptable and we will move toward a contract.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to serve as a Letter of Guarantee for Payment for the gold that is received at our refinery.

We will pay to the seller via wire transfer a 6% Discount based on the prevailing London Bullion Marked Association (LBMA), second London fixing of the day on which the assay report becomes available. The assay report must be available at the latest within two (2) working days following the delivery of the Commodity, but usually immediately for the smaller amounts. We pay based on the net gold content after refinement. The Swift Wire Transfer Copy will be given after the final assay report.

The gold can be in the form of gold dust, nuggets, Dore bars or Bullion bars.

We do not pay export taxes, custom fees or transportation costs from the country of origin. If the seller gets the gold to the airport, we will pay for the import taxes into the Country and transport to the refinery from the airport. Once at the airport, we scan the product, we pay the import taxes and
transport the product to the refinery. The seller or representative can be at the refinery during processing.

The Title to the gold shall transfer from the Seller to the Buyer immediately upon clearing Customs and will be placed into the account of the Buyer at the refinery with the necessary documents. Provided, however, Buyer will not take legal ownership until the agreed price of the gold is paid as per this contract after final assay from the refinery.

Basically, if you can get the gold to the Airport, we will buy your gold and pay quickly.
