2) transaction in Hong Kong only

a) Hong Kong refinery
solicits to refine the dust by himself.
Payment y cash only, custom related costs for their
account.
They fix a target unit price of USD 20, 000. ( why so
high?? because he does not want to engage himself,
until obtaining result of successful refining)

b) HKG trade group solicits the purchase of sample
first ( about 50gr)
This customer agrees to issue BG upon checking
sample quality.
