The standard warranty shall cover 2 years or 200 hours, whichever occurs first. Warranty shall include service response time mamimum of 24 hours within notification. Bid must be good for 30 days, delivery must be withn 30 days after award. Bid will be accepted on PO contract. This contract is a SDVOB set-aside. Tyler Louise Company Inc. is a SDVOB and we are willing to joint venture with equipment provider for purposes of fulling this contract award. All equipment must be new, preferrably "Buy American", buy not mandated.
