Grade A-C-D UNCURED Rubber Compund

We want the rubber compound that we can say which consists of %50 natural rubber and %50 synthetic rubber (and if the percentage of natural will be higher it is more better for us) which is leave out from the tread/base of tyre while this new tyre is producing. And we will use this compound in making tread on tyre. PS: Pls send us the technical definition of the compound and the pictures of the compound and the quantity supply per year , and the quotation of the compound , (if you can supply this good.)
