RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

Our company in the United Arab Emirates wants to start a gypsum board production line capable of producing 2 million m2 of gypsum per year. We need your help in clarifying the machinery, land area, electrical power and labor needed to run the plant.

We are looking for producing various kinds of gypsum board: Common, moisture proof, water-resistant, fireproofs, etc. Sizes of boards should range between (1200X2400) mm, (1220X2440) mm, (1200X3000) mm and the thickness 9-15 mm.

The drying style is not decided yet. So if you can provide us with a quote for both the oil conductive and hot air style it will be greatly appreciated.

Please send me brochures of the machines and a design layout of the production line for it is needed to get approval from the UAE government for the project.
