Dear sirs!

I ask to consider an opportunity of cooperation with your company. We specializes in pipeline tubes production and hold the position one the biggest companies in this area on the territory of whole South Federal District of Russian Federation. There are two our facilities (equipped with up-to-date German hardware) involved in production of polyethylene tubes and pipes of different diameter (including 800mm) and total power consumption is nearly 12000 tons. Also our company is an official distributor for the Sochi 2014 Olympiad's construction sites. We are highly interested in setting permanent representation and distribution of your production on the base of our facilities and warehouses in our country. Russian market suffers lack of diverse sources of high-quality polyethylene and is going to have great potential in this area. Therefore our company is willing to cooperate with professional group ready to enlarge sphere of its distribution.
As a first our company is interested in purchase of batch of Linear High-Density Polyethylene of first grade in quantity of 500 tons (PE80/PE100). In order to assess the quality of product we want you to buy prebunching pack of HDPE in quantity of 200kg. After testing this pack we will be ready to buy main bunch (500 tons) and to discuss further cooperation. Ready to discuss your cost of shipment. I should admit that we assume all delivery. Also our company will be able to help you certify your polyethylene on the territory of Russian Federation.
In this connection we invite you in the city of Rostow-on-Don for carrying out of negotiations concerning the price for the specified party, terms of delivery, conditions of payment and an exchange of corresponding guarantees.
