HMS 1/2 scrap

Dear Sir,

we are in need of regular supply of 1000MT for one of our customer.

We want to build a trusted network for import of steel scrap.

We want the terms to be USANCE, though the price is little bit higher than 300USD to cover additional cost/interest for you.

Can you please advise the following:

1) The ratio of HMS 1 /2 : is it 80/20 or 60/40 ?

2) Who is the inspection, certification authority in your country ?

3) Acceptance for USANCE terms for 1000MT and Price.
