RFQ Details

I have an URGENT need for 30,000 X 12 of HMS 1. My previous seller could not close this deal and wasted precious time. BCL and LOI available. Target price is 250/MT USD including 2.00 Commission for my side. enough time has been wasted and buyer needs goods now.
Willing to pay cash at loading port on presentation of loading documents with 1 month BG as collateral. Loading port or yard visit must be allowed.
