Medicine that would decrease libido for abstinance or to assist those that prefer or would like to have platonic relationship for male and females. Hopefully this will decrease the need to cause others to be prostitutes and decrease the rate of rapes (molestations and fondeling) in the community. Something similar to chaste tree.

Task Force for women initiative -For women to have there own houses and take care of their own biological children. Hopefully, this will increase the number and rate in which ever woman will buy a house if they are not literally residing in a house with a spouse. Let the number of women that have custody of their children and own their own houses be the goal amount of money to be given to support home ownership for all women:
