HITIT SERAMIK A.S.
Hitit Seramik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., founded on the 17th of October 1989 to carry out Ceramic Floor and Wall Tile productions, commenced its operations on the 22nd of February 1991 on a 450, 000 m2 land in the Usak Organized Industry Zone with a total capacity of 2 million m2 in the first stage of which 1, 000, 000 m2 consisted of Wall Tiles and 1, 000, 000 m2 of Floor Tiles.

As a result of the new investment operations accelerated following establishment and production initiated a process of rapid growth and shortly reached a production capacity of 25 million m2 in the 76, 000 m2 indoor complex of factories.

By the 2000 s, in view of the confidence of domestic and foreign markets in their products, brand, and quality and their intense demands, Hitit Seramik felt the need to increase capacity and product range and new investments were decided and operations were rapidly commenced. Shortly, with additional 40, 000 m2 indoor factory buildings constructed and completed with the company equity capital, an additional production capacity of 10 million m2 was attained, and thus a total capacity of 35 million m2.

The objective through very comprehensive investment operations was to introduce new and innovative products possible to produce with special technologies and machines to our domestic and world markets and this objective was attained. Further with the power of its new investments, Hitit Seramik has now become one of the world's rare production facilities able to produce the largest variety of sizes and types of covering materials within one production facility.

to attain its objectives through more specific user requirements, finding innovative and creative approaches to meet these ever-changing requirements, through formation of a structure in its constitution that competes with itself, implementation of diligent and prospective research for all investments, choice of the appropriate technology and machinery, allocation of large financial resources and through tiring but pleasurable work.
