Just had this from my partner Marshell in Beijing... Just learnt from my buyer in Qingdao t originally signed the agreement with one Seller but due to some legal or official docs issues from seller t terminated the deal with this seller. and according to their previous work plan t will open the DLC by MT700 next week to this seller. And t also prepared tank in Zhoushan Island in Zhejiang Province for LCO Transportation and Storage. So if we provide a real Seller of LCO and t thought the FCO and offer very reasonable and competitive t will simplify the procedure and sign the Contract with us. T suggested the simple procedure as below: 1. Seller to provide FCO with detailed transaction procedure. 2. Buyer accepts FCO and issue ICPO to seller 3. Seller sends the format of contract with seller's Official Certificate or all related Registration Docs 4. Buyer verifies Seller's Contract Official certificate or related legal Docs t will open LC by MT700 to seller's bank directly. 5. Seller's bank received LC seller has to send PPOP docs to buyer then. So please act on this as quickly as possible. We've got a True Buyer here First shipment of LCO is 50000MT and then ***MT per month. We need current Prices in order to be competitive.
