Buyer Information

RFQ Details

I need D2 and JP54 SPOT contract offers with rollovers and extensions for my Major Buyers. FOB Houston or Rotterdam. 10-20% liftable. Seller must be willing to work with the Major's procedures and close with the Houston or Florida trade desk.

Standard major procedures are as follows:

1.) Seller issues FCO and Attestation Letter
2.) Buyer signs and returns FCO with pay order
3.) Seller issues Corporate Invoice
4.) Seller permits dip authorization and SGS to Buyer
5.) Attorney for major contacts seller to confirm final contract.
6.) Seller paid by trade desk in Houston or Florida.

Another major I work with requires the following for trade desk submission:

1.) Buyer sends Sgs reports, Tank receipts, Title page, Owner Name, Fuel Location, Quantity available, and Commercial Invoice
2.) Attorney for major contacts seller to confirm final contract.
3.) Seller paid by trade desk in Houston or Florida.

These deals close in 2-4 hours, but they require a flexible seller.
