Dear Sirs,
Have a happy new successful year.
This is eng. Mona Kamal from IHAB RECYCLE. We start working in the field of plastic (PET/HDPE) and aluminum recycling and we are building a factory in BADR City industrial zone (IHAB RECYCLE).
I invite the PET/HDPE Recycling production line manufacturers to bid for providing a production line of PET / HDPE Plastic with following specifications:
1- Production rate: 400-500 Kg/H.
2- Length of line: <25 m (preferred).
4- Power consumption : <= 200 K Watt/hour.
5- Uses zero voltage scanning technique (no impact on power supply due to start / stop at any time.
6- Power supply system diagnostic error function.
7- Pollution complies with international limits.
8- The equipment and final product should comply with European standards.
The quotation must include the following:
1- Detailed information about construction of the production line equipment.
2- 3 Year concurrent spare parts (CSP).
3- Warranty.
4- Installation and training.
5- Pollution rate.
6-max no of melting cycles can be done per day.
7- The technology to get rid of inclusions.
8- Any need for any assistant equipment (transformer, generators)
9-The area the line occupies.
10-A CAD drawing for the whole line.
11- Any further information you find necessary to mention.


Here is some important information you may find useful to know:
1- Our raw material is plastic beverage / soda / detergent bottles.
2- The final product is PET / HDPE flakes / pellets.
3- Input frequency and voltage: 50 HZ, 380 V
