Buyer Information

RFQ Details

1) Our first requirement for your 125mm wafers:



We are willing to leave a deposit with the seller for $4,000,000 every 6 months if you can arrange a deal with the 125mm wafers with the following:



125mm mono 1 million pieces per month x 36 months

Pricing per wafer = USD $5.40

Deposit = $4,000,000 every 6 months

Payment = TT at first, then revolving LC (We will pay via LC giving you guarantees about the flow of capital.)



We will want consistent supply, and consistent quality from the same supplier.





2) An alternative 125mm wafer deal we require is:



125mm mono 500k pieces per month x 12 months renewable

Pricing per wafer = USD $6

Deposit = $1.4 million per annum

Payment: TT





3) A separate deal we are interested in is for 156mm multi wafers



500k pieces per month x 12 months renewable

Pricing per wafer = USD $9.75

Deposit = USD $2.3 million per annum
