We are pleased to inform you that we, M M International are one of the leading Trading Organizations in Chittagong, Bangladesh dealing with Industrial Plant Machinery and Equipment for last twelve years. We have supplied many industrial projects turn key basis to our valuable clients with reputation & honesty.
We have been informed through internet that you are one of the leading plant manufacturer and supplier in Korea. In this regard, we take the pleasure of addressing you this letter, hoping to establish a sound business relation of mutual benefits with you.
Please be informed that one of our clients in Chittagong is going to set up Aluminum Profile (for windows and doors) manufacturing plant of following specifications:
Plant Name : Aluminum Extrusion Plant.
Capacity : 4500MT/Year (3-shift basis)
Product : Aluminum Alloy Profile Materials (Building grade).
a) Original Profile Materials (without colour painting process).
b) Colored Profile Materials (after painting process).
Product Application: Windows and Doors.
Considering above, if you are in a position to supply us the above Aluminum Profile Manufacturing plant, kindly provide us your detailed proposal providing the following under turn-key arrangement:
1. Complete list of equipments with detail technical specification and picture for every section of your proposed plant.
2. Process description and process flow diagram.
3. Reference layout of the proposed plant.
4. Kindly let us know the control system of the plant with detail technical specifications.
5. List (name & quantity) of the local equipment to be supplied by the client. Also mention material name for fabricated items.
6. Provide the requirements of utility consumption to produce 1Ton of product:
I. Water consumption.
II. Steam consumption. if required then mention the recommended boiler capacity and pressure.
