RFQ Details

We are seeking a high quality producer of injection molded PVC parts for pool grating. We have decided to proceed with the production of such a grating. We would like to receive a proposal for molds and production. We need to proceed quickly with the tooling and initial production, and we are prepared to respond quickly to a satisfactory proposal.

The production material is PVC, equal to Georgia Gulf 7140, in a variety of colors.

We will need a cost for tooling charges related to mold production, tooling production time, piece cost, production time and minimum production run per color.
